Cangkringsari Village is located in Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This village has a population of 1729 people so it produces ± 517.8 kg / day waste. Waste management especially RW 3 carried out by the Berseri waste bank. garbage bank able to serve 66 households 125 households. Until now, administrative still done manually that administration runs slowly. In addition, lack understanding technology causes be less than optimal. To overcome these problems, method used this service program conduct socialization and training on web-based mobile applications. Based results questionnaire showed an increase 74% citizens' technology.
