ABSTRACT
Lung metastases from extrapulmonary malignancies are common however endobronchial (EBM) nonpulmonary neoplasms rare. A variety of extrathoracic tumors have a tendency to EBM especially breast, colon, and renal carcinomas most frequent reported germ cell extremely 39-year-old 27-year-old male patient were admitted our hospital with hemoptysis dyspnea at different times. Both them had history left orchiectomy due mixed tumor two years one year ago, respectively. On chest X-Ray thorax computed tomography, first right upper lobe atelectasis second total atelectasis. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FOB) performed vascularized lesion (EBL) which tended bleed was seen in the orifis case main bronchus totally obstructed by EBL also second. Interventional via rigid for biopsy palliative treatment (argon plasma coagulation debulking) both patients because bleeding. partial aperture achieved resolved case. Immunohistochemically, histopathological examinations biopsies confirmed tumors. In conclusion, or We want present these cases emphasize importance distinguishing primary lung carcinoma survival could be different.
