ABSTRACT
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a muscle-bone degenerative disease, which lacks specific index for diagnosis. In our previous studies, we found that exosomes mediated the interaction mechanism between muscle and bone at cellular level, myoblast can transfer miR-27a-3p to promote osteoblast mineralization. Therefore, suppose expression of in serum ALS patients also changes. this study, used healthy human as sample find out conditions methods extraction detection. Then through comparison 10 subjects, was down-regulated, may be involved development ALS, therefore has potential reference diagnosis clinic.
