Disease activity, aortography mycetoma showed statistically significant correlation recurrence rate. Cumulative non-recurrence rates 76.1% 12 months 51.4% 40 months. The median time 41.2 activity early recurrence. Only one major complication observed.BAE is safe effective option control patients. both correlate higher rate
