Multi-Vehicle Unmanned Following Operation Driving System Based on OpenMV

ABSTRACT
In response to the low level of agricultural production automation and labor shortage, improve efficiency machinery utilization reliability automatic navigation, this paper designs an intelligent system based on OpenMV for multi-vehicle unmanned following operations. Firstly, kinematics vehicle is analyzed, path recognition location line extraction are carried out using vision module, steering control designed cascade PID closed-loop technology, which achieves accurate tracking straight lines curves. Subsequently, embedded microcontrollers manage workflow, utilizing visual modules receive, store, process positioning information, sending instructions execution units such as TB6612FNG motor drive module. Moreover, in communication issues involving multiple HC-05 Bluetooth system's communication, corresponding protocol specifications have been developed, combined with use HC-SR04 ultrasonic module maintain dual distance obstacle detection, achieving collaborative The experimental results show that a navigation accuracy 93.4% success rate 97.5% simulating farm harvesting transportation, effectively proving collaboration
