ABSTRACT
<b> Aim:</b> The aim of the study was to analyze impact COVID-19 pandemic and related change teaching mode from stationary distance learning on severity voice-related ailments among teachers. </br></br> Materials methods:</b> A questionnaire survey teachers conducted assess voice disorders during remote work using Vocal Tract Discomfort (VTDs) scale Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), respondents' subjective feelings were assessed. Demographic environmental factors associated with examined. Data sickness absence, which obtained "Health Needs Maps 2020" Ministry Health's, also analyzed. Responses subjected statistical analysis. P-value level below 0.05 considered statistically significant. <b>Results:</b> 128 participated in survey. overall assessment VTDs NRS scales showed no significant differences for complaints between work. Detailed analysis revealed more se-vere working than 6 months remotely (P = 0.049) having 20 lessons per week 0.012). Subjective confirmed a significantly lower percentage reporting when wor-king compared 0.043). This resulted less absence 40% decrease sick leave 2020 2019. <b>Conclusions:</b> During period pandemic, reported disor-ders this influenced reduction absences. There as assessed by both modes. Several affecting vocal tract identified - number class hours (>20) long (>6 months).
