ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze and compare total deformations with tension band wiring (TBW), intramedullary screw (IS) novel suture anchor (SA) fixation methods, investigate practicality of SA in olecranon fractures using finite element analysis (FEA).This was conducted between May 2019 October 2019. TBW, IS methods were compared order fracture behavior the ulna humerus FEA, which is among mathematical stress analysis. Boundary conditions applied created model deformation amounts terms displacement. The lowest amount displacement obtained TBW method (1.2095 mm), while (2.7703 mm) showed highest displacement. Total lower system (2.0397 fixation. In addition, no problem observed failure occurrence.According results although it concluded that may be an alternative mechanical properties. However, further studies are needed obtain more precise data.
