ABSTRACT
Learning styles are continuously evolving and thus educational methodologies following suit. One emerging pedagogy is the use of flipped classroom. In this model, course material primarily delivered outside classroom time, time spent applying that content or expanding on it. The present study investigated two type for an animal science reproduction laboratory. pre-classroom alternated each week between a written handout pre-recorded lecture. Student perception preference surveys pre-laboratory quiz grades were utilized data analysis. did not differ types (P = 0.928). showed students felt to greater extent improved learning preparation quizzes compared recorded lecture ≤ 0.007). Similarly, student indicated preferred 0.001). These suggest in model may improve over lectures, though affected by type.
