ABSTRACT
Introduction: sexual dimorphism is based on the differences and characteristics characteristic of both sexes in same species.Objective: purpose this research was to determine maxillary breasts patients between 18 60 years age from a high Andean population Peru that were analyzed with Cone Beam Tomography.Methods: following had descriptive, observational, cross-sectional retrospective scope; sample consisted 190 tomographies sexes, where 380 sinuses analyzed, which height, width, length volume determined.Results: greater male gender respect female gender, best discriminating parameter right sinus could be used study total accuracy 82,6 %, 88,1 % respectively, followed by width an 74,2 sides, lower percentage found height 69,5 72,1 67,9 68,4 respectively.Conclusion: it determined shows higher values sex as opposed
