ABSTRACT
In a cisplatin (a highly emetogenic anti-cancer agent)-containing regimen, administrations of fluid replacement and/ or diuretic drugs are performed to relieve nephrotoxicity.Such treatments will alter the body's water balance, which may be partially responsible for chemotherapy-induced vomiting progression. We thus examined whether balance correlates with incidence and/or risk factors chemotherapyinduced nausea and (CINV) in women CINV factor) inpatients receiving treatment cisplatincontaining regimen. The severity was significantly associated increased body patients multiple (double), but not single factors. Therefore, our findings suggest that is decreased by keeping constantly restriction hydration (eg short hydration) consolidation antiemetics, when female (double) receive cisplatin-containing regimen.Key words -cisplatin,
