ABSTRACT
Tramadol is a weak opioid analgesic indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain at step 2 WHO ladder. There little experience its use in Japan; there are few reported detailed surveys on usage tramadol and usefulness patients who changed from taking stronger opioids. The present study included inpatients took hydrochloride capsule Nagoya University Hospital between October 2011 March 2014; these were retrospectively examined based electronic medical records.
