ABSTRACT
One of the most common cause stroke in young adults is internal carotid artery dissection.1 Patient with artery
 dissection often present a partial Horner’s syndrome and have high prevalence fibromuscular dysplasia.2 Patients dissection-related occlusion significantly increased risk suffering disabling stroke.2
