ABSTRACT
An increase in carbon dioxide (CO2) is expected to raise the Earth's temperature, leading consequences such as glacier melt, rising sea levels, changes weather patterns, and increased frequency of droughts hurricanes. To restrict global warming a maximum 1.5°C, outlined Paris Agreement, emissions must be reduced by 43% 2030 reach net zero 2050. This investigation thoroughly examines relationship between GDP growth, agricultural production, renewable energy use, urbanization, CO2 China from 1965 2023. Employing complex econometric models, Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL), research delivers thorough analysis. The results indicate substantial inverse connection productivity releases, highlighting efficacy organic farming practices for ecological protection. Economic despite its statistically small effect on pollution, highlights necessity ecologically sound technologically sophisticated enhancement plans. underscores significance green power adoption reducing accordance with international initiatives friendly production. strong association urbanization implies difficulties reconciling urban expansion protecting ecosystem. study provides important guidance formulating specialized China, aiding country's goal achieving net-zero 2060. report offers framework healthy development, benefits clean while tackling challenges posed China's experiences parallel those other nations. enhances worldwide dialogue addressing promoting responsible growth.
