ABSTRACT
Human resources (HR) are a critical asset for organizations, and sustainable HR management is essential to fostering organizational resilience retaining high-quality employees. Sustainable practices focus on maintaining the long-term well-being of workforce while meeting evolving needs organization. This study aims analyze impact human resource (HRM) employee retention, particularly in Medan area. used quantitative approach using survey questionnaire distributed 40 employees from various companies Medan. The assessed aspects welfare policy, career development, culture. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics simple linear regression. findings show that HRM significantly positively retention. Specifically, an increase policies was associated with by 0.45 retention 0.38. concludes implementing can strengthen stability improve long run.
