ABSTRACT
The present study compared the differential functions of two groups adjuvants, Montanide incomplete Seppic adjuvant (ISA) series and Quil A, cholesterol, dimethyl dioctadecyl ammonium bromide, Carbopol (QCDC) formulations, in chicken by analyzing published microarray data associated with each type vaccine adjuvants. In biological function analysis for differentially expressed genes altered different groups, ISA QCDC formulations showed effects when chickens were immunized a recombinant immunogenic protein Eimeria. Among functions, six categories modified both types. However, respect to "Response stimulus", no process was at same time. adjuvants on processes (BPs) including innate immune response external stimulus such as toxin bacterium, while BPs regulate cell movement stress. pathway analysis, involved related junctions elimination exogenous endogenous macromolecules. could contribute development precise based molecular signatures their immunological functions.
