ABSTRACT
Reducing nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions is becoming much more difficult and expensive for stricter environmental requirements. NOx emission restriction could not be achieved only by primary reduction methods. This paper presents results of experimental research work removal selective non-catalytic (SNCR) technology. Experiments were performed in the temperature range 1000–1200 oC to investigate effects additives (NH3, CH4, C2H2 mixture C3H8/C4H10). Comparing while burning furniture production waste received that with NH3 additive reduces 56% NOx. Flammable can reduce up 76 % exhaust gasses. Results showed SNCR technology flammable change traditional this easily installed existing boilers.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.5755/j01.mech.23.5.16331
