The environmental influence of building fund is colossal. Traditional buildings exploit excessive amount energy, water, land, and raw materials for construction utilization. This conscienceless attitude towards the resources eventually causes disruption natural balance, which brought into question survival human civilization. Current situation has triggered a huge response in global community, woke her awareness prompted man to turn around return nature order establish initial state balance. Statistical data indicates that educational institutions are second place from aspect energy consumption commercial sector with account just over 11% total used by this sector. A great part preschool facilities Serbia dates back period time when there were no eco-friendly thinking design process construction.
