ABSTRACT
Introduction: Snake envenomation is a serious public health concern. In the Middle East little known about snakebite envenomation, which raises several challenges for emergency physicians caring these patients. Case report: We report case of five-year-old boy bitten by rare snake, Montivipera bornmuelleri, who presented to an department in Lebanon. also discuss proper management snake envenomation. Conclusion: This unique as snakebites Lebanon are poorly studied, and epidemiology clinical manifestations local snakebites.
