ABSTRACT
Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) is accompanied by inflammation of liver because infection with Virus (HBV). Previous studies revealed an inverse association between vitamin D and HBV DNA levels. The current study aimed to investigate the levels 25 (OH) D3 (the steady form D), miR-378 in patients CHB.One hundred seventy three HBeAg negative CHB were recruited for study. Plasma HBVDNA quantified. The expression level plasma was measured a relative quantitative Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) assay. In pathway regression analysis, showed significant correlation (-0.198, P = 0.008) direct (0.188, 0.013). Similarly had (-0.177, 0.020).These results suggest that could involve miRNA- mediated regulatory control replication. Further are recommended understand effects anti-infective action on Virus.
