ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to identify strategies enhance school effectiveness by strengthening transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, ICT literacy, and knowledge management. A quantitative method with path analysis was applied, SITOREM used optimize each indicator. study involved 445 teachers from private vocational schools in Depok City, a sample 211 teachers. findings reveal that can be improved reinforcing Key include addressing weak indicators such as feedback, empathy, application, access. Statistical tests show significant positive direct effects of: 1) leadership on (Sig=0.032), 2) communication (Sig=0.000), 3) literacy (Sig=0.001), 4) management (Sig=0.001). Additionally, all positively affect Knowledge serves an effective mediator for the influence (Sig=0.004) (Sig=0.001) effectiveness, but not (Sig=0.356).
