ABSTRACT
In the current business environment, organizations are giving a lot of attention to employee engagement. Therefore, present study’s goal was examine connection between skill, motivation, and opportunity -enhancing HRM practices engagement with respect academic staff working in higher education, Sindh, Pakistan. The studyemploys quantitative research design based on SPSS Smart PLS. Data were gathered from 307 academician education survey approach used gather data for cross-sectional research. findings study show practices. Organizations’ gave employees more authority engagement, which improved their performance jobs. suggest that universities succeed long run, enhancing should be prioritized. concentrate efficiently apply human resource management increase commitment physically, cognitively, emotionally work. This extents social exchange theory, it also offers insight into significance having efficient procedures raise academicians' levels
