ABSTRACT
The Fusarium disease, caused by oxysporum has been observed in different areas of Iran recent years. Current biocontrol studies have confirmed the effectiveness Trichoderma species against many fungal phytopathogens. In this study, effects isolates alone and combination were evaluated F. pathogen. This study shows ability harzianum which had isolated from soil as such, lentil roots compared to three root. Three (T. harzianum) T1, (Trichoderma asperellum) T2, virens) T3, selected base on good antagonist effect after screening tests for antifungal disease pathogen greenhouse. dual culture tests, (T1, T2 T3) covered colonized colony other experiment, isolates. Microscopic revealed hyphal coiling (hyperparasitism) T1 around hyphae. Volatile metabolites all reduced mycelial growth fusarium their more effective than treatments controlling such that it severity 20 44% increased dry weight 23 52%. All showed significant differences with control plants. Key words: rot, lentil, combination, Trichoderma, biocontrol.
