ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to illustrate the ultrastructure of Egyptian buffalo oocytes through in vitro maturation (IVM) period (24 h). Selected cumulus complexes (COCs) were divided into three groups relation time (8, 16 and 24 h >). After different intervals, matured examined by light transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results showed that cells close each other zona plucida (ZP) first group than second third group, lipid droplets (LD) appeared normal nearly from plasma membrane for 8 h, microvilli (Mv) with more number, higher thickness penetrating ZP cytoplasm two groups, mitochondria (M) located near membrane, while it as individual scattered oocyte cell. Finally, polar body observed only. ultra-structural concepts during IVM periods, provided insights about changes occurred process bovine species.
