ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women, comprising about 18% of all female cancers. The important tools screening and early detection are imaging techniques: mammography, ultrasonography magnetic resonance imaging. However, up to 20% new breast incidents cannot be detected by these methods. Up now, poor diagnosis due a lack specific biomarkers. Therefore, there much interest identifying useful pathological markers that can help treatment this disease. Up detecting minor proteins human plasma difficult strategy presence several highly abundant such as albumin haptoglobins. objective study was develop reproducible method depletes high-abundant improves ones. For purpose, we evaluated impact using Affi-gel blue affinity columns organic solvent (acetonitrile) precipitation on removal high proteins. Fractionated protein extracts were subsequently analyzed SDS-PAGE two dimensional gel electrophoresis. Our findings confirm enhance could thus discovery markers.
