ABSTRACT
The complement system is an essential part of the immune response, defending against infections and contributing to inflammation. This studyfocuses on haemolysin production levels in local rabbits, using subcutaneous intravenous inoculation. It also evaluatedcomplement various animal species healthy humans for comparison. Serum samples were collected, fixationtest was performed sheep red blood cells as markers. findings revealed changes cell lysis with different dilutions over time. study provides information minimum haemolytic dose concentrations species. A graph illustrates antibody response inoculation routes. research enhances our understanding levels, emphasizing need standardized protocols larger population studies explore clinical implications benefit immunological studies.
