ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine interpreting students' perceptions of using tablets for note-taking (INT). A mixed-method approach was adopted, including quantitative methods based on Gile's two-phase effort model consecutive (CI) investigate respondents' experiences and perceptions, as well qualitative explore differences between professionals beginners regarding their preferences user with tools. Additionally, factors within the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework that significantly impacted acceptance tablet-based were analyzed. Our research findings reveal valuable insights into attitudes towards integrating technology interpreter training programs while highlighting key influencing adoption or rejection among participants. Moreover, this emphasizes importance developing an application specifically designed INT meet unique needs interpreters stresses plays essential role in facilitating INT. Teachers are suggested take initiative try themselves before they make decisions whether introduce students.
