This study aimed to assess efficacy and safety of ESD EGC.We analyzed data from a prospective cohort 2013 2020. A total 152 superficial neoplasms that fulfilled absolute or expanded criteria were included. Outcomes en bloc, R0, curative resection rates, incidence adverse events, length procedure. The age enrolled patients was 68.4±11.3 years. The number included based on indications 150 2, respectively. En resections achieved 98.0%, 96.1%, 89.5% cases, Bleeding perforation reported 5.9% 6.6% Histopathological examination revealed lowgrade dysplasia, high-grade well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma 13, 20, 117, 2 respectively. Our shows performed by properly trained endoscopists reference centers safe effective, with comparable therapeutic outcomes those Eastern series.
