ABSTRACT
Primary heart tumors are rare, with atrial myxomas being the most common type. Atrial can lead to embolisms, obstruction, and systemic symptoms. Herein, we report a case of 72-year-old woman who presented left myxoma at septal defect occluder, new acute cerebral infarction, MINOCA (myocardial infarction no obstructive coronary atherosclerosis).
