ABSTRACT
Agile development methodologies are becoming increasingly popular in agile projects due to their iterative nature and adaptability. The Monte Carlo method is distinguished by its statistical technique of using random samples obtain many satisfactory results for solving uncertainty. It can be used software building different scenarios measuring impact on the project through operations. Its ability meet significant challenges managing risk uncertainty mitigation. In this study, we propose a simulation-based approach measure analyze risks process. provides probabilistic framework assessment integrating simulation methodology model various process variables. was addressed identifying main factors within projects, such as tasks, availability resources, external dependencies. proposed contributes mitigating potential theory, which systematic that enables work teams management overcome associated with dynamic environments.
