ABSTRACT
The NCCN Guidelines for Survivorship provide screening, evaluation, and treatment recommendations common consequences of cancer treatment. They are intended to aid health care professionals who work with survivors adult-onset in the posttreatment period, including those general oncology, specialty survivor clinics, primary practices. Guidance is also provided help promote physical activity, weight management, proper immunizations survivors.
