ABSTRACT
Background: Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) is one of the most common causes sleep disorders that cause functional disability in lower limb. Due to it self-limiting, forces person seek treatment. Unfortunately, times, misdiagnosed by doctors and even if diagnosed, till date there no guide program or treatment physical therapy. There huge dearth knowledge regarding benefits therapy RLS. Objective: The aim present study was investigate effect stretching, strengthening exercises as well walking on RLS symptoms. Also, find out impact muscle strength flexibility relation severity Methods: An inquiry 418 questionnaires randomly distributed done. A total 20 participants diagnosed with were included current study. Pre-post assessment done for range motion (by goniometer), testing foot ankle, rating scale ordinal scale. Six received a 4 weeks. Twenty patients who had visit have measurement studied correlation Results: significant between leg muscles flexibility, highly alleviation symptoms other 6 patients.
