ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to develop the Physical Education, Sports, and Health module by incorporating pencak silat material along with physical fitness activities enhance seventh-grade students. Borg Gall model, which comprises potential issues, data gathering, product design, design validation, revision, testing, research methodology that employed. Lecturers, instructors, students composed population. Validation sheets were used for validators questionnaires during gathering phase. Professionals in martial arts a grid evaluate students' skills. In meanwhile, fitness, Harvard Step Up Test used. following results obtained: 1) last (E) is highly practical utilize as lesson class VII students, training exercises. 2) Utilizing e-modules learn can proficiency fundamental techniques. 3) Students' improves when exercises are integrated conclusion, learning e-module, backed training, deemed extremely viable be utilized teaching fitness.
