Adolescents often face challenges in understanding and maintaining their reproductive health due to limited access accurate information appropriate guidance. This community service project aims enhance adolescents’ self-efficacy through structured education. The program was implemented collaboration with local schools involved interactive sessions, discussions, educational media tailored the developmental needs of adolescents. results showed a significant improvement participants’ knowledge, attitudes, confidence making informed decisions related health. activity highlights importance early, comprehensive, culturally sensitive education as preventive strategy promote healthier adolescent development.
