ABSTRACT
In today’s world, gender inequality remains a pressing global issue. While some scholars have examined the structure of family power and conflicts women face in both work contexts, there is notable lack focus on important subgroup with high power. This oversight highlights need for more targeted research that addresses unique experiences challenges faced by these women. article explores pathways through which obtain their authority they case analysis. The identifies experience role stemming from time constraints, tension, behavioral expectations, as well paradox arising resource distribution cultural norms.
