ABSTRACT
Background: The COVID-19 pandemic is the greatest world has witnessed in modern era. This caused suffering, disruption lives of millions people. Method: We got 16581 Arab tweets, whether they express depression or not, and what symptoms contain while keeping time series tweets to monitor 1439 Twitter users during two years 2019 2020. determined user was depressed once again 2020 period; determine impact on for each user. Result: have found that approximately 1.18% were classified with year 2019, compared 36.69% who "during pandemic," from a database users. Conclusion: Taking care people’s mental health this difficult period very important, as some measures must be taken preserve countries affected by COVID-19. Feelings fear related can affect harm health, causing depression.
