ABSTRACT
The prediction of fracture time and crack development metal shell under the impact load is a very significant research direction in engineering. In this paper, coupling method used to solve dynamic expansion process center-blast tube with V-grooves pressure. A one-dimensional two-fluid model was utilized govern transient combustion. nonlinear mechanical behaviors were predicted based on finite element software ABAQUS, pressure structure coupled by applying user subroutine interface VUAMP ABAQUS. approach validated comparing results experimental results. Based approach, characteristics propagation studied, effect grooves depth analyzed. show that can be divided into two stages stable stage unstable stage. burst decreases increase depth, about 7MPa every 0.25mm.
