ABSTRACT
Leaders are in charge of determining where an organization will run. The leader is a sign,model, mover, and source influence, who can control various activities resources to achievehis goals. Leadership produce conducive work culture by encouraging member performancestrategies increase the motivation all members. This research aims look atthe homeroom teacher's leadership style learning process grade 1 elementary school. Themethod used this study qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques. result ofthis that applied SD Antawirya modern styleof boarding. considered from concept Elementary School, whichadopts boarding but does not forget values character development such as openness,flexibility, good morals. However, authors do yet know how influence modernleadership on student achievement. Therefore, suggest futureresearchers further examine teacher SDAntawirya
