ABSTRACT
Aim.To investigate reactive changes of GFAP-positive astrocytes as a marker brain response following hemorrhagic stroke and HSV-I.Methods.The experiments were performed on 110 Balb/c mice weighing 18-20 g.The animals infected with HSV type I, 30 day was simulated in determined by immunohistochemistry. Gliosis confirmed density arborization astrocytes.Results.The results immunohistochemical studies increased the hippocampus I well sharp increase hypertrophy simulation animals.Conclusions.The experiment has provided new evidence about location level astrocytic gliosis herpes infection.GFAP can be studied reactivation against stroke.K e y w o r d s: GFAP, astrocytes,
