ABSTRACT
Hypokalemic periodic paralysis (HPP) is a kind of paralysis, which heterogeneous group muscle diseases. It characterized by episodes flaccid and sudden weakness.Here, we present case HPP. The patient was referred to our department because severe dizziness fall. After comprehensive evaluation, markedly low potassium detected. patient’s symptoms resolved after replacement he discharged without deficits. Even though the literature reports an association with exercise, carbohydrate load, stress, further workup in revealed no these precipitants. A proper differential diagnosis should rule out other causes weakness thus allowing timely treatment.
