Labor and Its Efficiency in Equitized State-owned Enterprises in Vietnam

This study is conducted for evaluating changes in labor efficiency of state-owned enterprises after equitization. Data were collected from audited financial statements and reports average income 138 state owned After calculating according to revenue earnings the sample, we apply comparative method labor, before Then, use Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test compare fluctuation ratios between two years equitization with one year prior The results show that equitization, achieve an increase number improved enhanced efficiency.
