Analysis of Corporate Governance Index Using ASEAN Balanced Score Card and Firm Performance

Governance plays a crucial role in most activities of socio-economic life. For any organizations, units, businesses or higher, country, community, the governance becomes more important than ever. businesses, with globalization taking place and market becoming competitive ever, good Corporate is now considered as factor success. Good corporate will help company improve its ability to access various sources capital operate efficiently. However, Vietnam particularly, system still need enhance improve. Therefore, aim surveying current situation practices giving analysis impacts on businesses' performance, this research conducted from sample 60 listed-companies both Construction Food & Beverage industry for time 2015, 2017 2018. By using tool ASEAN balanced scorecard evaluate 05 aspects: Rights shareholders, Equitable treatment Roles stakeholders, Disclosure transparency Board duties responsibilities, paper came low results companies' Vietnam. Based method, different relationships were found, one which positive relationship between Index Tobin's Q.
