Eccrine poroma is a common benign cutaneous tumor that originates in an intraepidermal eccrine duct. This exhibits acral distribution (sole, palm), and rarely encountered the head neck area. In fact postauricular area has only been reported. A 55-year-old female visited our hospital with main complaint of mass first developed left about year previously. The was painless, soft, protruding, domed, dark red color, had slowly enlarged (at presentation it measured 1×1 cm). Excisional biopsy performed. Histological examination showed distinct features, diagnosed. Follow-up at 6 months postoperatively no recurrence. frequency dependent on sweat glands density, thus, usually occurs palms or soles. For region, differential diagnosis must rule out other masses, such as nevus, skin tag, pyogenic granuloma, cyst, basal cell carcinoma, seborrheic keratosis. Importantly, 18% poromas show malignant transformation, can develop into porocarcinoma. these reasons, facial requires histological examination, complete excision, follow-up. Keywords: Poroma / Ear
