ABSTRACT
This article presents a conceptualization of downclassing. To begin with, it is proposed the notion of socio-educational downclassing to address situation individuals in their thirties who are at top of educational structure and relatively low position pay scale structure. Secondly, some explanations of rise social briefly described assessed its influence on transformations of value graduates qualification relation position. Finally, diachronic perspective adopted revise studies that have addressed issue have focused graduates. Given fact those been basically done France United States, concludes with proposal relevance testing theories aforementioned a different Sociocultural context, particularly affected by economic crisis, as case Spain.
