ABSTRACT
Resource-constrained project scheduling is one of the well-known problems in management. There are many cases where appropriate schedule was determined first and material ordering plan decided considering given schedule. This approach ignores interactions between these decisions. The integration scheduling, procurement, production planning non-renewable resources leads to coordination implementation supplying resources. reduces total costs, including operating activities, production, ordering, holding, penalty costs for late completion. In addition to, there organizations that implement multi at same time decisions made a environment. this paper, mixed integer programming model presented resource-constrained multi-project problem planning. Due application Lagrangian relaxation algorithm solving complex problems, has been used solve proposed mathematical model. To evaluate performance solution method, set sample examples solved numerical results given. findings paper show good method can provide managerial insights managers resource suppliers.
