ABSTRACT
Background: Oral isotretinoin is the only drug which promotes prolonged remission or cure of severe acne. The aim our study was to estimate exposure and evaluate effectiveness Polish Romanian pregnancy prevention. This a comparative two groups women. Methods: A retrospective, 569 women with acne vulgaris. included randomly selected during treatment follow-up. Group I rigorous prevention pregnancy; II without this rigor. Results: We did not register any pregnancies. 1.93% used oral contraceptives, 92.79% condom sex, 7.21% abstained from sex. analysis showed significant differences (p <0.0001) total dose applied depending on method treatment.
