ABSTRACT
Breast cancer cells and tumor stroma produce different cytokines soluble factors. Cytokines, while playing crucial roles in immune responses to tumors, also favour growth progression. IL-7 G-CSF are two that may exert influences on the pathophysiology of breast cancer.Sera were collected from 136 females with before receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The control group comprised 60 healthy age-matched without any acute chronic diseases no family history cancer. Serum levels measured by commercial enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. While there was significant difference level between patients (92.81 ± 594.54 pg/ml) controls (0.00 pg/ml), sera advanced stages elevated compared early (p=0.0001). Moreover, highest seen N3 phase tumors slightly but not significantly higher (0.04 0.11 comparison (0.02 0.10 pg/ml). Interestingly, a increase skin involvement observed (p=0.001).Our results showed an elevation tumor, correlated can be produced keratinocytes tissue involved pathologic establishment metastatic skin.
