ABSTRACT
To make sure the feasibility with (18F)FDG PET/CT to guided dynamic intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, by dosimetric verification before treatment.Chose 11 patients in III~IVA treated functional image-guided IMRT and absolute relative Varian 23EX LA, ionization chamber, 2DICA of I'mRT Matrixx IBA detachable phantom. Drawing outline making treatment plan were different imaging techniques (CT PET/CT). The dose distributions various regional realized SMART.The mean errors interest area 2.39%±0.66 using 0.6 cc ice chamber. Results DTA method, average measurements within our protocol (3%, 3 mm) 87.64% at 300 MU/min all filed.Dosimetric is obligatory necessary. Ionization chamber was effective tool primary focal hyper metabolism carcinoma. Our preliminary evidence indicates that feasible.
