ABSTRACT
The current study aimedto screen for possible factors which affect prognosis of chondrosarcoma.Thirty seven cases were selected and analyzed statistically. patients received surgical treatment at our hospital between December 2005 March 2008. All them had complete follow-up data. survival rates calculated by univariate analysis using the Kaplan-Meier method tested Log-rank. χ2 or Fisher exact tests carried out numeration significant indexes after then multivariate COX regression model. Based on literature, gender, age, disease course, tumor location, Enneking grades, approaches, distant metastasis local recurrence examined.Univariate showed that there differences in approaches related to patients' 3-year rate surgery (P<0.001). No difference was not found location (P>0.05). Multivariate grade (P=0.007) (P=0.010) independent affecting chondrosarcoma, but (P=0.942).Enneking are risk among former two factors.
