ABSTRACT
Aim: To investigate the effects of diallyl trisulfide (DT) on apoptosis cisplatin (DDP)-resistant human epithelial ovarian cancer SKOV-3 cells (SKOV-3/DDP), and role p53 upregulated modulator (PUMA). Methods: SKOV-3/DDP were randomly divided into control, DT, DPP DPP+DT groups, which treated with DT or combined DDP. All incubated for 48 h. rates assessed by flow cytometry. mRNA protein expression PUMA, Bax Bcl-2 was determined RT-PCR Western blot assays, respectively. Results: Compared control group, in groups obviously increased, dose-dependence (P < 0.05), expressions also being up-regulated while those down-regulated 0.05). rate DDP+DT group significantly increased After knockdown PUMA specific siRNA, decreased Conclusion: can promote playing a critical role.
