A studies have been carried out worldwide to find and predictive significance different clinicopathological molecular variables in cancer. This study was at Nuclear Medicine, Oncology Radiotherapy Institute (NORI), Islamabad, the impact overall survival coming from Northern Pakistan. Materials Methods: observational retrospective Department NORI Hospital. total 2,666 were included. Data entered into SPSS 20. Multinomial logistic regression analysis performed determine associations with survival. P values <0.05 considered significant. Results: The mean age 47.6 years, 49.5% being postmenopausal. Some 1,708 ER positive 1,615 PR positive, while Her 2 neu oncogene positivity found 683. 1,237 presented skin involvement 426 had chest wall involvement. 1,663 > 5cm tumors. Lymph node detected 2,131. Overall less than 5 years 669 patients, 324 surviving for more 10 remainder range 5-10 years. Conclusions: Tumor size, lymph metastases, receptor status, her positivity, involvement, significant effects whereas menopausal status no effect
